In the fall, 2025 church council chair Tracy Burger floated an idea to the church staff. She asked if we had ever seen KUT’s ATXplained. She said it would be fun to do that as the church — to gather questions from Saint John’s folks and answer them throughout a sermon series. The staff attended KUT’s live ATXplained for inspiration, opened the phone lines, and you all delivered. You asked great questions!
Follow along during this season of stewardship as we answer your questions in devotional articles, worship, and social media as we focus on the ways our gifts, tithes, and offerings make ministry possible. We will also consider our individual financial commitments this January. Your pledges will allow us to create an operating budget for 2026 that reflects the mission and values of Saint John's.
During worship on Sunday, January 25, all are invited to bring forward their estimates of giving after prayerful consideration of your family's pledge. We will consecrate these pledges and give thanks for the spirit of inward and outward generosity expressed so bountifully in our congregation.
