5900 Wynona (front room), 9:50 a.m. Singles and couples mostly in their 40s seeking to become better disciples of Christ through primarily scripture-based studies. Class time is informal yet enriching through education, prayer and support for each other. The class also enjoys family-oriented service and social events.
Room 206, 10:00 a.m. Our class is a bridge between the church and those who struggle with our own compulsive nature, whether it involves work, food, alcohol, drugs, focusing on other people, etc. Whatever is shared within the class remains confidential. We use scripture and the 12-steps of AA as guides for our discussion, although the class is not a 12-step meeting.
