First, call the church office to get in touch with the wedding coordinator, who then checks availability of the church, the ministerial staff, and musicians. A meeting will be scheduled with the coordinator. Initial deposit fees are collected at that time.
The couple will also schedule a consultation with the clergy to plan the order of the ceremony.
The coordinator remains available to the couple throughout the planning, the rehearsal, and the ceremony to provide service with regard to the church's role.
