CHILDREN'S MUSIC
Children's Music at Saint John's is incorporated into the Children's Sunday School Hour. Our pre-school group is "Bible Toons." Grades 1-4 are the "PowerPraise" Team.

THE CHANCEL CHOIR
Adult singers rehearse each Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. The time commitment for Chancel ChoirChancel Choir is a one hour rehearsal on Wednesday nights and the opportunity to sing in the 11:00 a.m. worship several Sundays a month.

Varied repertoire includes spiritual songs in many styles: sacred classics, hymnody, Taize, contemporary anthems, major works, spirituals, gospel, world music. Join us—we always welcome both new and experienced choir singers. No audition is necessary. Directed by Cina Crisara.

THE TRINITY SINGERS
The Trinity Singers is our choir for women’s voices. The singers usually rehearse on the first two Tuesday evenings of each month, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m., then sing during worship on the third Sunday, with opportunities for performing at other times as well. There is no audition necessary to be a part of this high-spirited group.

The music is chosen to accommodate the light rehearsal schedule. A perfect way, without a huge time commitment, to participate in the music ministry at Saint John’s. Directed by Cina Crisara, (512) 292-9916 If you are interested in joining, simply come to a rehearsal and see what you think. All are welcome.

THE LUCILLE JONES MEMORIAL HANDBELL CHOIR
This handbell choir plays at worship services about once a month as well as special services and Jones Handbell Choirinvitations. We welcome new members who would like to experience bell ringing. If you have performed in a high school band or had piano lessons and music reading experience, you probably can have success as a bell ringer. Rehearsals are Wednesdays, 5:45–6:30 p.m. Directed by George Frock.

THE COKESBURY CHOIR
The Cokesbury Choir is for senior adults who like to sing many different kinds of music. The choir sings anthems for Sunday worship about once a month. We also sing pop songs of the 40s and 50s in nursing homes and for other seniors groups.

Weekly rehearsals are Wednesday mornings, 10:30 a.m. New members are welcome to join at any time. Directed by Jeanette Ball, (512) 452-5737.

VISUAL CHOIR
What is a visual choir? A group of people interested and willing to work on art projects that enhance the community’s worship and worship space. These works will be based on Scripture or related to a liturgical season of the Christian year. A visual choir enhances the church’s worship with graphic or visual images that add to the experience of worship. Contact Renee Speed or call (512) 452-5737.
